 Rural development is the heart of attaining sustainable development goals. Most of the rural areas are covered with natural resources in India. Hence, the rural area is the soul of India as said by Mahatma Gandhi. Poverty and poor sanitation have affected most of the population's health and well-being. Hence, we can see that everything is loop locked if there is no rural development.  Poverty has also affected the population’s literacy levels. Children are unable to have access to the schools as they are forced to work to earn their family’s livelihoods.
